TuttoMercatoWeb, citing CaughtOffside, published on 30 October with a price tag of €25-30 million and framed Roma as a new entrant rather than a long-time suitor. His contract at Lecce runs to June 2030. The story began on 23 October with 4-4-2’s report of Milan’s advanced talks. Yahoo Sports picked it up the next day, confirming Roma’s interest and adding Lecce’s reluctance to sell mid-season. TuttoMercatoWeb states the valuation as a range, not a fixed asking price, and Yahoo Sports explicitly notes Lecce’s reluctance to sell in January, leaving the move’s timing unresolved.
