Write to us

This form is the main point of contact for readers, journalists, outlets and public authorities, and for everything on this page. Your message reaches the editor directly, and we answer at the address you give. If you prefer e-mail, write to the address that fits your case:

We use your name and address only to answer this message, and keep them as long as the matter needs. See the privacy policy.

Who runs this site

The editor is responsible for the editorial content. Who runs the site is named on the about page. The rules of use are in the terms and the handling of personal data in the privacy policy.

A mistake in a dossier

Use the form or write to [email protected]. Include the address of the page and what you believe is wrong, and the source that shows it if you have one. What happens next is in the corrections policy. If you are a journalist or an outlet and want to ask how a rating or a record was counted, include the page and we will explain the cases behind it.

If you are named on a record page

Some pages state a record about a named journalist or outlet: how the rumours they reported turned out. If you are named on one and you think it is wrong, unfair or should not be there, write to us with the address of the page. We confirm that we received your message. If the request comes from the person the page is about, we take the page down while we check the cases behind it, so you do not wait with it online.

We then compare every case with the sources. If a case was counted wrongly we correct the rule that counted it, and the record is recalculated. If the record cannot be backed up, it stays down. You can also ask us to stop showing a record about you altogether: we consider it, giving weight to your reasons and to the public interest in an audit of published reporting, and we tell you what we decided and why. A page that has been taken down answers “not found”, is not listed and is not indexed. The dossiers in which your name appears as the author of a report are not records about you; they are about the rumour, and you can ask us to correct any statement in them as described above.

Report content you think is illegal

To tell us about a page or text you consider illegal or that breaks our terms, use the form or write to [email protected], and send us:

  • the exact address (URL) of the page, or of each page;
  • a clear explanation of why you think the content is illegal;
  • your name and e-mail address (you may leave them out only for the few offences for which the law allows it);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that what you say is accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your report, look at it carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided, with the reasons and what you can do if you disagree. If we act on a report, we tell the person it affects, where we can. If you are not satisfied you may also go to a court or to the competent authority.

Your personal data, or information about you

To use your rights over your data, or to ask us to correct, limit or remove information about you that appears in a dossier or on a player, club or journalist page, write to us with the form or at [email protected], with the address of the page and what you want. We answer within one month and tell you what we decided. How we handle personal data, and your rights, are in the privacy policy.
