TEAMtalk and five other outlets reported that Bayern view him as a top target heading into 2027. OffsAIde, echoing TEAMtalk, adds that a January move is possible but a summer switch is likelier. The story developed on 6 Oct with the initial TEAMtalk report, picked up by Nogomania, EPL Index, CaughtOffside, Les Transfers and Yahoo Sports. Football Insider cited Mick Brown stating Leeds fear losing Muharemović due to the Bayern interest. BBC Sport followed, reporting Leeds worry about losing him next summer with Bayern among the suitors. A denial arrived on 16 Oct from Sport Witness, calling the claims "not true" and arguing Bayern would not meet his price now. However, on 29 Oct, BBC Sport and Yahoo Sports both noted renewed interest from Barcelona, Liverpool, Bayern and Inter Milan. Sport Witness explicitly states no move is happening, calling it "not true again" and citing the player's 2031 contract as a barrier. No source reports a formal offer or a fee agreement.
