Vincenzo Vitale

Executive Summary

Vincenzo Vitale, a right‑winger who can also operate as a second striker or on the left flank, was born on 26 November 2000 in Palermo. He now plays for AC Carpi in Serie C.

Playing Style and Key Attributes

At 175 cm and left‑footed, he relies on a low centre of gravity to beat markers in tight spaces and to cut inside from the right wing. His career record of 39 goals and 18 assists in 223 senior appearances shows a consistent eye for goal and an ability to link with midfielders. Aerial duels remain a limitation, and his defensive tracking can be inconsistent when possession is lost.

Career and Recent Context

He progressed through the youth system of Polisportiva Calcio Sicilia and Sicula Leonzio, making his senior debut for the latter in 2018. He then moved to Bisceglie in 2020, Trapani in 2021, Città di Sant’Agata in 2022, Varesina in 2023 and Union Clodiense in 2024. A short spell at Legnago in March 2025 preceded a July 2025 switch to Giana Erminio, where his goal sparked a playoff victory at Trento before the October 2026 transfer to Carpi.

Transfers and Outlook

Carpi secured him on a two‑year deal running until 30 June 2028, reflecting the club’s belief that he can influence a promotion push. If he maintains his current scoring rate, higher‑tier interest may follow, although no concrete approaches or release clause have been disclosed.
