Noah Sahsah

Executive Summary

Noah Donovan Sahsah, born on 8 July 2005, is a Danish right-footed winger currently playing for Rosenborg BK. Standing at 173 cm, he operates primarily on the left flank, though he can also cover the right side.

Playing Style and Key Attributes

Sahsah’s game relies on directness and finishing rather than intricate dribbling. In the 2026 Eliteserien, he has recorded five goals in 631 minutes, showcasing an efficient conversion rate that places him above the average for his position. His recent form includes a double against Tromsø and a goal against Kristiansund, highlighting his ability to find the net in high-pressure situations. While his passing and defensive metrics are standard for a winger, his primary value lies in his goal threat and ability to hold up play briefly before shooting.

Career and Recent Context

He made his professional debut in March 2022, coming on as a substitute in a Conference League match against PSV Eindhoven. A torn cruciate ligament suffered in October 2023 while playing for the U19 side sidelined him for the rest of that season. To regain match fitness, he moved to Rosenborg on loan in August 2024, where he scored his first goal for the senior team against Bodø/Glimt. Rosenborg exercised their purchase option in December 2024, making the transfer permanent.

Transfers and Outlook

FC Copenhagen retains a 25% sell-on clause and a buy-back option in any future transfer of Sahsah. With his contract running until the end of 2028, Rosenborg holds strong leverage in any potential negotiations. The Danish club’s interest remains a factor, as sporting director Sune Smith-Nielsen has publicly stated that a return to Parken is a possibility.
