Luis Felipe Pacheco da Costa is a Brazilian defensive midfielder born on 2008-02-02. He is currently at Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras and has begun to appear with the senior squad in 2026. The player is right-footed and 180 cm tall, operating as a pivot in Palmeiras’ midfield.
Pacheco is listed as a defensive midfielder and pivot, with a secondary role as central midfielder. The 2026 Série A sample is small, so assessment is data-bound. In those minutes he completed 59 passes at 93.7% accuracy and created one opportunity, suggesting a preference for short, safe distribution rather than risk. He registered one successful dribble from three attempts and eight recoveries, with one clearance and one defensive action recorded. Discipline has been a note, with two yellow cards in limited time. The profile points to a deep-lying, circulation-oriented midfielder still adapting to senior tempo.
Pacheco progressed inside Palmeiras’ academy. He moved from SE Palmeiras U17 to SE Palmeiras São Paulo U20 in January 2025, then was promoted to the senior group Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras in January 2026. He has featured across Série A, Paulista A1, Copa do Brasil and Copa Libertadores at senior level. Honours include Paulista A1 2026 with Palmeiras and CONMEBOL U17 2025 Colombia with Brazil U17. His next scheduled appearance is against Corinthians on 11 October 2026 in Brasileirão Série A, following Palmeiras’ 1-0 win over Bahia on 9 October 2026.
The value rise coincides with his first senior minutes and promotion from the U20 group. Contract with Palmeiras runs until 2029-12-31.
