Giuliano Simeone is a right winger for Atlético de Madrid. Born on 18 December 2002, the Argentine player is now a regular fixture in the first team. He is currently navigating a season marked by intense public scrutiny regarding his selection.
He operates on the right flank with a tireless work rate. Simeone uses intensity to press from the front, a trait his father clearly demands. At 174 cm, he relies on quick movement rather than raw physicality. He has a sharp knack for winning fouls, as seen when he earned a penalty in the recent Madrid derby.
Simeone started at River Plate U20 before moving to the Atlético academy in 2019. He spent time with Madrileño and a stint at Real Zaragoza in 2022. After returning to the club in 2023, he went to Deportivo Alavés before a permanent move back in 2024. He has since become a consistent presence, having featured in every match this season across La Liga and the Champions League.
This represents a rise from the €35m recorded just a year prior. He is tied down with a contract until June 2030.
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly looked at signing Giuliano Simeone from Atlético Madrid. The right springer is a target for a move during the current period.
