Centre-ForwardCroatia24 years oldPlays for GNK Dinamo Zagreb
Dion Beljo operates as the primary centre-forward for GNK Dinamo Zagreb. Born on 1 March 2002, the Croatian striker is currently experiencing the most prolific form of his career. He remains the central focal point of the team's attack.
Standing at 195 cm, Beljo provides a massive physical presence inside the penalty area. He is a natural left-footed finisher who finds tight spaces between center-backs. His ability to hold up the ball allows teammates to join the attack effectively. While his clinical finishing is sharp, he needs to improve his defensive intensity during high-press transitions.
Beljo developed through the youth ranks at HNK Cibalia before joining NK Osijek II in 2019. After a stint at NK Istra 1961, he returned to Osijek before FC Augsburg signed him for €3m in early 2023. A move to Rapid Vienna and a return to Augsburg preceded his current transfer to Dinamo Zagreb for €4m in 2025. His current campaign has been statistically remarkable, yielding 10 goals and 3 assists in just 596 minutes.
The striker is under contract until June 2030, ensuring Dinamo Zagreb retains control over his future. Interest remains high across Europe as his clinical output continues at elite levels.
