Newcastle are monitoring per Marca, with Liverpool also interested and Barcelona linked, while Nottingham Forest follow. Fulham are in talks, with the player open to a move to Craven Cottage as Arbeloa looks to strengthen before the deadline. The lack of European football next season could work against Newcastle.
