Adin Licina

Executive Summary

Adin Ličina, born on 6 January 2007, is a German right winger currently playing for US Cremonese on loan from Juventus Next Gen. He operates on the right flank as an inverted creative, comfortable drifting into central areas. After developing within the Bayern Munich academy system, he is now accumulating senior minutes in Serie B during the 2026/27 season.

Playing Style and Key Attributes

Ličina is an inverted winger who favors cutting inside onto his left foot. He relies on futsal-style sole-of-the-foot control, body feints, and quick changes of direction to beat opponents. His physical profile features high step frequency, explosive acceleration, and strong agility, balance, and coordination. He demonstrates excellent ball control, vision, and short-to-medium passing accuracy. Areas requiring development include his weaker right foot, physical musculature, and a more clinical edge in front of goal.

Career and Recent Context

Ličina progressed through the Bayern Munich youth ranks, moving from the U17 and U19 teams to the reserve side. In January 2026, he transferred to Juventus Next Gen, followed by a loan move to US Cremonese in August 2026. He made an immediate impact in Serie B, scoring a goal and providing an assist within the first five minutes of his debut against Padova. In the 2026/27 season, he has recorded 1 goal and 1 assist across 421 minutes of action, including a notable piece of control against Cesena that drew widespread attention.

Transfers and Outlook

Ličina is currently on loan at US Cremonese from Juventus Next Gen, with his contract set to expire on 30 June 2027. His performances in Serie B have sparked debate over whether he is ready for Juventus' first team or if further development in the second tier is required.
