Abdulakh Khaybulayev

Executive Summary

Abdulakh Khaybulayev, born on 19 August 2001, is a central midfielder for Sabah FK in the Azerbaijan Premier League. The 178‑cm, ambidextrous player has been with Sabah since 2021, after a brief loan spell at FC Samtredia in 2023.

Playing Style and Key Attributes

Khaybulayev operates mainly in the middle of the park, where his passing range and vision are his strongest assets. He delivers high‑quality through balls (P89 in passing) and can dribble in tight spaces (P47). His dual‑footedness allows him to switch sides fluidly, making him a flexible link between defense and attack.

Career and Recent Context

He advanced to Sabah 2 and then the first team in 2021, debuting in the Azerbaijan Premier League on 4 May 2021 against Sumgayit. In January 2023 he joined FC Samtredia on loan until December, returning to Sabah in December 2023.

Market Projection and Transfers

Rumours of interest from clubs outside Azerbaijan have surfaced, but no concrete offers have materialised. Sabah FK has retained him with a contract that expires in mid‑2027, and his release clause remains undisclosed. The player’s value trajectory suggests potential for a move to a higher‑profile league if he continues to deliver in the Premier League.
