Viktoria Plzeň is reported to be interested in Hungarian defensive midfielder Péter Baráth, currently at Sigma Olomouc. Both iSport outlets describe Plzeň’s interest, though the later piece notes that the transfer is unlikely.
Baráth’s contract situation and role at Sigma Olomouc provide context for why such interest might arise, though no transfer has been confirmed. The story first surfaced on 27 October, when iSport reported Viktoria Plzeň’s interest in Baráth, attributing the information to DenikSport. On 31 October, another iSport piece acknowledged Plzeň’s interest but added that the transfer is improbable. No denial has been issued by any club or player.
